Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a bird stuck in my chimney and googled chimney sweep, not knowing what to expect. Dorset Chimney Sweep popped up and out of about 5 other companies, were the only ones to answer the phone. Martin made the time to calmly talk me through what to do and release the bird, and book me in to fix other chimney issues he’d noticed after sending through some photos.

We used Dorset Chimney Sweeps for the first time yesterday. Martin and Jenna kept us up to date via text that they would be with us soon. They arrived promptly and are such a lovely, warm friendly and professional couple. They were so clean after cleaning four chimneys, I was expecting to have to clear up after they finished, I needn’t have worried there was no mess at all. They provided advice around the condition of the chimneys, together with certificates and photographs, of the internal and external structure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and Jenna and will book them for next year.

Martin is extremely pleasant and helpful. He came to sweep my chimney with only a few days notice as I am having the chimney stack removed due to too many issues. I never thought to get it surveyed when I bought my home and talking with Martin he does a full survey package – if only I had known it could have saved me a lot of issues!!
