Below are our current prices for sweeps and services. All of our sweeps include a thorough clean, safety inspection, a type 2 smoke evacuation test, and HETAS certification for property insurance purposes.
Discounts are available for more than one appliance in the same location. These prices are applicable from 1st June 2026 (VAT is not applicable)

| Bird Nest Removal
Bird nest removal costs vary depending on the size and severity. This service also includes our standard sweep. Please note – live bird nests are protected under the Wildlife Act 1981 and cannot be disturbed between March to September unless the appliance is the only source of heating or there is a risk of harm to health (a special licence will be required). |

| CCTV Inspection
This includes a sweep, as it is generally necessary to clean the appliance before carrying out a CCTV inspection. Dirt, dust, and debris can obscure the camera lens and reduce visibility. |

| Drone External Chimney Inspection Service
Licensed and insured to fly commercially, our drone inspection service views the chimney from above and around, with a detailed report and imagery provided. |
